~Mondays~

7:30-8:30 am Early Bird Yoga at Body to Soul Fitness.
Dawn is an auspicious time to practice yoga. The quiet of the early morning hours invites introspection while the rising sun brings rejuvenation with the promise of a new day. This is a moderate class at an all women’s fitness center.

9:00-10:15 am Mixed Level Yoga ("Chill-Flow") at Dragonfly Yoga Studio.
The perfect way to start your week off! This class is recommended for those who would like a gentle-moderate practice with a little strength- building kick. You will learn to link your breath with movement and to flow, like water, through a creative sequencing of postures.

7:00-8:00 pm Vigorous ("Core Yoga") at The Work Out Club
Develop strength and balance while stretching and toning.This class is designed to help you bring your practice to the next level and is NOT for beginners.

~Tuesdays~

4:30-5:30pm Moderate Yoga at Body to Soul Fitness.
THIS CLASS IS ON SUMMER BREAK and will resume in the Fall.
Let go of your work-day and escape from the hectic rush-hour. Prepare for the evening ahead. This is a moderate class at an all women's fitness center.

7:00-8:30pm at the Tree House, Marshfield.
This is a gentle-moderate class at a special private studio in Marshfield. For more information, please contact me here.

~Wednesdays~

5:30-6:45pm Gentle ("Chill") at Dragonfly Yoga Studio. This is a fun-filled class with lots of stretching. Learn breathing techniques to relax and renew. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength.

7:15-8:15pm Moderate Yoga at The Work Out Club
Softest floor in town! Relax, renew, align and tune-in. Gain flexibility, balance and strength in this moderate class. Revist foundational poses and set yourself up to take your practice to the next level. This class is suitable for enthusiastic beginners and seasoned yogis.

~Thursdays~

7:30-8:30 am Early Bird Yoga at Body to Soul Fitness
Dawn is an auspicious time to practice yoga. The quiet of the early morning hours invites introspection while the rising sun brings rejuvenation with the promise of a new day. This is a moderate class at an all women’s fitness center. I SHARE teaching this class, alternating each week with Danielle Duchaney. I will be there 7/22, 8/5, 8/19.

10:15-11:30am Gentle ("Chill) at Dragonfly Yoga Studio. This is a fun-filled class with lots of stretching. Learn breathing techniques to relax and renew. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength.

5:30-6:45pm Moderate-Vigorous  at The Treehouse in Marshfield. Using your knowledge of the foundational poses to build apon, we will take your practice to the next level! This fun class will help to develop your flexibility, strength and balance. It is held at a special private studio in Marshfield and will meet MOST Thursdays. There will be classes July 22nd, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19 and 8/26. For more information, please contact me here.

~Saturdays~
8:30-10am Gentle-Moderate Yoga at the Tree House, Marshfield.
This is a gentle-moderate class at a special private studio in Marshfield. *Please contact me for more information and directions here. There will be NO class on 7/31, 9/4 and 9/11. On August 7th, class will be held at The Historic Winslow House (see events page).  8/21 I will be teaching Yoga at The River's Edge (see events page).


~Sundays~
10:15-11:30am Gentle-Moderate Yoga ("Chill") at Dragonfly Yoga Studio.
Come early to reserve your spot! This is a popular class, commonly referred to as "yoga church"! Relax, renew, align and tune-in. Gain flexibility, balance and strength in this gentle-moderate class. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.

4-5:15pm  Gentle-Moderate ("Chill") at Dragonfly Yoga Studio.
THIS CLASS IS NOW ON SUMMER BREAK and will resume in September.
Bring the weekend to a refreshing close. Relax, renew, align and tune-in. Gain flexibility, balance and strength in this gentle-moderate class. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis.
