Weekly Class Schedule

~ Mondays ~

7:15-8:30am Gentle, Early Bird FlowDragonfly Yoga Studio

9:00-10:15 am Moderate Flow at Dragonfly Yoga Studio
Start your week off on positive note. These classes are recommended for those who like a gentle-moderate practice. You will learn to link your breath with movement and to flow, like water, through a creative sequencing of postures. Realign on a Monday morning. Purify, breathe deep and GLOW.

~ Tuesdays ~

9-10am at Duxbury Bay Maritime School
Note: classes held 3x a month (no classes held on second Tuesday of the month)
Align with your own natural beauty with an invigorating morning vinyasa practice. Sessions held in Clifford Hall, with an amazing view of Duxbury Bay.

$15 adults
$10 students and seniors (65+)

4:30-5:30 pm Moderate Yoga
An escape from the busy afternoon hours, this gentle-moderate class is a way to let go of your day and realign for the evening ahead. This class is held at a private studio near Marshfield Center. Suggested donation is only $10 per session, great for yoga ON A BUDGET. Please contact Marnie here for more information.

7-8:15 pm Gentle Yoga
Join Marnie at this unique, and peaceful private studio in Marshfield for these special evening sessions. Let go of the day, restore, realign with the practice of yoga, and ease yourself into the night. Please contact Marnie here  .

~ Wednesdays ~

11:30-12:30 pm Yoga at Art Complex Museum

5:30-6:45 pm Gentle ("Chill") at Dragonfly Yoga Studio
This is a gentle and well attended class. Take a mid-week opportunity to realign and to learn breathing techniques to relax and renew. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength with lots of stretching. Let go of your day and prepare for a peaceful evening.

~ Thursdays ~

Morning classes at Dragonfly Yoga Studio

9-10 am Morning Chill
These gentle 1 hour sessions are for those of you who find your mornings full, but are still dedicated to getting to your mat for at least a bit. This is a great opportunity to set a calm and centered foundation for your day.

10:30-11:45 am Gentle ("Chill")
This is a fun-filled class with lots of stretching , bending and opening. Learn breathing techniques to relax and renew. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength. It is so easy to find some peace in this supremely sensational little studio.

4:30-5:45 pm Afternoon Flow
This is a moderate class held at a private studio near Marshfield center. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength. Align with the setting sun, let go of your work day and transition peacefully into your evening. NO CLASS on February 8, 15 and 22, 2018.

~ Fridays ~

at Dragonfly Yoga Studio

7:15-8:30 am Early Bird Yoga- Strong Flow
This is a fun and challenging class, perfect for clearing out any tension from the week that you don't wish to bring with you into the weekend. Gain flexibility, balance, and strength and be inspired. Align with the early morning sun, harnessing some of that powerful solar energy into your practice and into your day.

For those of you who would like more personalized attention, Marnie is available for both private and semi-private sessions. She is also available for personalized group sessions, including events such as family gatherings, outdoor sessions and wedding parties.
